PFPics uses connection information to deliver and protect the website, and Google Analytics to understand how the site is used.

Who this policy covers
This policy describes the public website at pfpics.com, operated under the PFPics name. For questions or requests, use our contact form.
Browsing and website delivery
You can browse and download without creating an account. Our hosting and delivery providers, Amazon Lightsail and Cloudflare, process technical information such as your IP address, requested URLs, request times, and browser information to deliver pages, prevent abuse, and diagnose problems. Cloudflare may use security cookies when security checks are needed.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics loads by default on public pages. Google Analytics 4 measures website usage using information such as page views, browser and device details, referring pages, approximate location, and cookie identifiers. We use these reports to understand and improve the site.
Our tag keeps advertising storage, advertising user data, and ad personalization consent denied. Google signals and ad-personalization signals are disabled in the tag configuration. Read how Google processes information from partner sites and Google’s Privacy Policy.
Analytics cookies and browser controls
Analytics cookies are configured with a 180-day lifetime and may be renewed on later visits. You can use your browser’s cookie and tracking controls to restrict or remove analytics cookies. Clearing cookies does not erase information already received by Google. PFPics does not display a separate analytics preference popup.
Image previews and downloads
The images in a collection are served from our website. Platform previews do not sign you in to the platforms or send your selected image to them. Original downloads are served directly from PFPics; we do not send your chosen image to an external image-conversion service. Visiting an external source link takes you to that provider’s website and its own privacy practices.
Messages you send us
If you submit our contact form, we receive your name, email address, topic, and message. Messages are saved in a private WordPress inbox accessible to site administrators. Email notifications are not enabled; submissions are kept in the private website inbox. We use this information to respond, investigate reported problems, and handle privacy, attribution, or removal requests. Do not send sensitive information that is unnecessary for your request.
The form uses a security token, an automated-submission check, and a short-lived rate-limit record based on a one-way hash of your email address to reduce abuse. Contact details are not displayed publicly.
Retention and requests
We keep correspondence and operational records for as long as needed to handle the request, maintain the website, and meet applicable obligations. Analytics reporting retention is managed separately in our Google Analytics account. Our providers may process information in countries other than your own.
You can ask us about information you have provided, request a correction, or request deletion by using our contact form. Explain your request and the information involved. We may need to verify your relationship to the information, and the rights available to you depend on applicable rules and circumstances. Browser privacy tools and clearing site data can remove cookies stored in your browser.
Updates
We may update this policy as the site or its data practices change. The date above identifies the latest published revision.
